1. Definitions

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use 99nobu's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 99nobu immediately via email at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

99nobu is required by law to verify the identity of all Players. Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever comes first), you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) showing all four corners
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months)

99nobu reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

99nobu accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 2 hours to process. 99nobu does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your 99nobu account at any time, provided your account has completed KYC verification and you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Standard accounts: 15-30 minutes during banking hours
• Bronze/Silver tier: 10-15 minutes
• Gold tier and above: Under 5 minutes (priority processing)

99nobu reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 10.000.000). We do not charge withdrawal fees for the first 5 withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a 1% processing fee.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

99nobu is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits used solely for money transmission without gaming activity may be returned minus a 10% administrative fee. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or game provider issue, 99nobu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Market manipulation, collusion, and any form of fraudulent betting activity are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

11. Account Termination & Suspension
